By age
How the day fits each age
The group moves together, and each age keeps its own pace inside it.
Babies
Babies follow their own clock. Lachelle and Liza trade off: one sits with a baby for a bottle or a nap while the other stays with the group.

Toddlers
Toddlers join the group for play and lunch, then rest on a cot or a mat in the back room, and spend the afternoon in the yard.

Lunch is cooked here
Soup, rice, beans, fruit in season: the sample menu is cooked at home and served family style. Tell us about allergies at the tour; once you enroll, we ask again in private.

Hands busy
Clay, paint, water and sand at the table. There's always something for small hands to do while the older children build.

Rest
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own cribs, with nothing else in the crib. Older children rest on cots in the back room.

Outside
The fenced yard has a sandbox, a slide and a picnic table, and the group goes out whenever the weather allows.
